Course Description:
This seminar explores the multiple challenges todays modern clinicians face
when choosing the correct restorative materials for patients. Learn how easy it is
to integrate intra oral scanning methods and the latest advances in CAD/CAM
equipment into the process. The course will focus on the latest design technologies
and monolithic restorative materials to support the esthetically oriented dental
practice and laboratory. Effective communication between the patient, dentist, and
the laboratory is the key to creating a specific and optimal treatment plan for a
successful final esthetic result.
At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:
Enhance communication with the laboratory through digital prescriptions
Pick an appropriate bonding or cementation technique for monolithic zirconia
and lithium disilicate materials
Identify the best restorative material selection for anterior, posterior, and implant
supported restorations being scanned, designed, and fabricated digitally
