    I am writing this letter in strong support of Mr Prakash Kumar Sen , Lecturer in Mechanical
    Engineering at Kirodimal Institute of Technology , Raigarh (C.G.) , which is an Institute affiliated to
    Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University, Bhilai (C.G.) .
    I am very glad to know that Mr Sen has applied for M.Tech. Manufacturing Management under
    WILP Scheme at BITS Pilani. I appreciate his willingness to choose this course for his higher studies.
    I know Mr Sen very well and I believe he has a great potential to undergo with BITS high
    standard coursework and this course can be a milestone towards his career growth as well as beneficial to
    his students since this course will definitely improve his qualities and skills. I want to express my support
    for Mr Sens candidature for this course because I think he is an independent self-starter, he has no trouble
    working in groups, or interacting with others, he can also work well on his own. Furthermore, he is mature
    and personable. I would expect him to perform well in a wide range of environments.
    Mr Sen has selected an area related to Manufacturing Industries i.e. Manufacturing Management
    which is of growing interest and seems to be both worthwhile and feasible for him as he is associated to
    Mechanical Engineering Branch.
    I think Mr Sen has a very bright future, and I am sure that he would benefit from this WILP
    Scheme course. I am so positive about this bright and energetic young scholar. I endorse his candidacy with
