AREGISTEREDMASTERPLUMBERSHALLMAINTAINAPROFESSIONAL
BEARINGCONSISTENTWITHANHONORABLEANDDIGNIFIED
PURSUITOFHIS/HERPROFESSION,ADHERINGTOASETOFCONDUCT
BECOMINGOFHIS/HERCALLING,ANDSHALLNOT:
Actinanunprofessionalmanneranddemandanyremunerationotherthanhis/her
originalchargesexceptforadditionalservicesnotcoveredinthebasiccontract;
SupplantanotherRegisteredMasterPlumberafterdefinitestepshavealreadybeen
takentowardhis/herbeingcommissionedtoperformthecontract;
UnderbidanotherRegisteredMasterPlumberbyreducinghis/herprofessionalfees
afterbeinginformedofthefeeschargedbytheotherRegisteredMasterPlumber;
Taketheadvantageofasalariedgovernmentpositiontocompeteunfairlywitha
practicingRegisteredMasterPlumber;
Allowtheuseofhis/herLicenseasaRegisteredMasterPlumberforafeetoan
unlicensedMasterPlumberinplumbingworkswithouthis/herpersonalsupervision.
Injurefalselyormaliciously,directlyorindirectly,thereputationofanother
RegisteredMasterPlumberbyreviewinghis/herworkforthesameclientunlessthe
professionalservicesoftheformerhavebeenofficiallyterminatedandall
professionalfeeshavebeenfullypaidbytheclient;
Advertiseinselflaudatorylanguage,actinanymannerandengageinanypractice
whichtendtobringdishonortothedignityoftheRegisteredMasterPlumber,the
NationalPlumbersAssociationofthePhilippines(NAMPAP)andtheplumbing
profession.
