Dear Lalit,
As discussed with you, Samaritans is interested in collaborating with Rhythm of Life.
We have planned several initiatives in this regard. One of which is to float a live project in our campus regarding increasing the social media presence of Rhythm of Life through various platform. For this, we need your input in making a structured live project format which will be used for selecting people (apart from me and Mallika) to work in this project. Inputs required: 1. Project Detail What exactly the project will be? On which all platforms Rhythm of Life expects us to increase the presence? 2. Duration of Project in months (Also involvement expected in Hours/week) 3. Content for Social Media who will be providing the content for posting on social media? Will we get access to your Facebook/YouTube /Twitter handles? 4. No. of students required And who will be selecting them? (Rhythm of Life or Samaritans) 5. Criteria for selection Any Specific skill set you are looking for? (Marketing or Social bent or Both) 6. Who will be the point of contact for any query regarding the project at any point of time? 7. Deliverables of the Project Quantifiable results expected from the Project for the given duration (for eg. No. of views on YouTube video/ No. of Likes on Facebook Page/ no. of Tweets) 8. Key Learning of students from this Project 9. Will there be any Stipend provided to the students? 10.Any other requirement from our side? P.S. We have our summer placements starting from next month till October and students will be engaged. The involvement in the project might be low during this period. After summer placements are over, we assure you a greater involvement and more initiatives.
