CIRCULAR
The Central Selection of House Staff for different hospitals under Department of
Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of West Bengal, will be held on 18" July, 2013 in
Audotorium Hall of the 2 floor of Swasthya Bhavan at 12 noon from the pass out M.B.B.S
student (or equivalent) after completion of internship of different Medical Colleges of this
state & others. So, the willing candidates may be requested to send the pro-forma (as follows)
after duly filled up along with attested copy of mark sheet & other testimonials (viz, Medical
Registration Certificate of MCI or West Bengal Medical Council, Age proof Certificate etc.)
positively within 15" July, 2013 to the office of Dy. Director of Health Services (MERT)
directly. This circular may also be displayed on the notice board as well as in the website.
Mentionable that submission of applications may not be a binding on the part of the
Government to appoint all candidates for Housestaffship. Selected candidates will be
appointed for a period of one year only (01-08-2013 to 31-07-2014) in two six monthly terms
subject to availability of vacancy.

Batch) and completing their internship tenure of one year prior 25" July 2013, of different
Medical Colleges of this state. So, you are hereby directed to send the pro-forma (as follows)
after duly filled up of eligible candidates of your institution by special messenger directly, to
the office of Dy. Director of Health Services (MERT) by 15" July 2013 positively. This
circular may also be displayed on the notice board as well as in the website, Mentionable that
