Serves as liaison between the Christopher Newport University Presidents Leadership Program,
potential students, and the university. Works with a small team to plan, organize and manage over night
visits of potential students. Supervise a staff of 100+ university students; responsible for training all new
staff to host and conduct admission interviews for potential students.

Worked with a team of 16 other students to coordinate and execute Welcome Week, a phase II
orientation program. Ensured students were present and engaged at various sessions as well as introduced

Working with a partner, was responsible for facilitating leadership development exercises and
introduction to the Presidents Leadership Program. Kept in contact with students and provided follow up

Elected to oversee all Fraternity academic progress. Provided academic assistance and contact with
professors and tutoring staff for Brothers struggling academically. Developed Fraternity academic policy and

Appointed to oversee, coordinate, and manage fundraising efforts and education programs for the
Fraternity. Leads a team of three Brothers to ensure fundraising goals are met. Responsible for developing
and following an operational budget. Achieved fundraising goal for the first time in Chapter history.
