Scholarship coordinator, RMIT Vietnam (June 2014 Present),

Responsible for the administration of the university's scholarship program worth over
$ 1million USD every year. The role includes planning and management of the master
projects and its several sub-projects with several departments to ensure the
scholarships are promoted, communicated, and awarded in alignment with the
university strategy, and policy. Several innovations have been made such as the
transformation of application submission, handling and evaluating applications to be
done completely online saving much effort and time resource of staff.
-Building standard operation procedure for the administration of the
scholarships and collaboration between departments such as admissions, recruitment
and marketing.
Lead Quality, Aricent Vietnam (June 2013 June 2014), responsible for
ensuring the successful implementation of the QMS in all practices of the delivery
centre including project teams and support divisions; monitored quality of almost 10
projects and ensuring they are managed in compliant with the company's TL9000
quality management system; supported project teams to ensure they are all passed in
annual TL9000 re-evaluation audits. Conducted training about the QMS of the
company to new joiners, quality refresh training to existing employees, internal
auditors; ...coordinated internal audits quarterly and as planned; Reported quality
health of projects to the management in monthly Project Review Meeting.
