    emergency rooms, along with the procedures performed there. Occasional utilization of Observation
    coding as well. Worked as an in-house coder, and currently working as a remote coder, which has
    necessitated the navigation of multiple computer programs and utilization of various communication
    avenues such as GOTOMeeting, IM, and Google mail/drive. Working with the IT departments of individual
    facilities to resolve technical issues is also required on occasion. Attained an overall audit score of 95% or
