LEASE OF REAL PROPERTY
1. This agreement entered into by and between:
Pedro de la Cruz, Filipino, of legal age, single, with residence at Brgy. San Juan, Surigao City, hereinafter called the LESSOR, and MARIO DE LA PAZ, Filipino, of legal age, single, with residence at Brgy. San Juan, Surigao City, hereinafter called the LESSEE. 2. In consideration of the rent and other covenants hereinafter set forth, the LESSOR hereby leases to the LESSEE a parcel of land located at Brgy. San Juan, Surigao City belonging to the LESSOR and covered by TCT No. 000910. 3. The term of this lease shall be for a period of Five (5) years, renewable for the same period upon mutual agreement. 4. The LESSOR transfers all his rights and prerogative to evict any occupant within the residential land to the LESSEE. 5. Rent shall be paid at the rate of Php 11,000.00 per month within the first Five(5) days of each month. 6. Major and minor repairs shall be for the account of the LESSOR. 7. Taxes and assessments shall be for the account of the LESSOR.
