Worked with individuals and businesses, requiring differing range of


interpersonal communication skills. Members are our business which mean
that we are to do everything to help them.
Trained over 10 new tellers, teaching them the procedures and programs
used on a regular basis; as well as correcting their errors, in a constructive
way.
Filed documents and paperwork both within files, and throughout computer
systems. This was further applied when coverage for the Receptionist was
needed. As receptionist the face of the establishment is represented from

the entrance of the door. Through stressful days, and everything in-between
the Receptionist job required interpersonal communication as well as
computer tech skills.
Supervisorial responsibilities of controlling the main vault, the cash in-flows
and out-flows of the day, ATM and Night-drop deposits, ordering cash and
coin, and exchanges with Loomis. This required responsibilities with
passwords, keys, paperwork trail, precise counting, and higher training. Each
of these responsibilities was taken with great care and with leadership
stewardship.

Telephone Survey Interviewer, SSI, Layton, Utah, June 2013-August 2013.

Worked with other companies developed customer surveys, in which as an


interviewer it was essential to represent SSI, as well as the contracted
company (i.e.: McDonalds for example).
Scripted interviews required clarity as well as speed, in order to get through
the survey.
Completed surveys only were used; sincerity and friendliness provided
customer cooperation, and honest responses.
Communication skills beyond average competencies, as calls went out
nationwide to differing peoples and communities.

Service Experience
Full-time, two-year service missionary and representative, The Church of Jesus
Christ of Latter-day Saints, January 2011-January 2013.

Trained at various meetings, as well as full-time one new missionary.


Responsibility over 9 younger missionary representatives.
