Differences among students are not limited

to learning styles. Teachers who regularly
assess students knowledge and preparation
levels can modify semester plans as well as
weekly lessons to best teach their students
the skills and information necessary to
succeed in class (Yale).
In 2014, research has confirmed that
providing students with meaningful
feedback can greatly enhance learning and
improve student achievement (Stenger).
In a poorly managed classroom where
students are disrespectful and do not follow
the rules, teachers struggle to teach, and
students most likely learn much less than
they should (Marzano).
Teacher should collect information about
what goes on in the classroom. By analyzing
and evaluating this information, teachers
can identify and explore our own practices
and underlying beliefs. Reflective teaching
is a professional practice that can lead to
changes and improvements in the
classroom (Tice).
