    Dear Madam:
    I am writing in behalf of my client, Mr. AGA AGATON, regarding the
    matter of your non-payment of your obligation.
    Per your agreement with my client, you promised to return the
    investment he put into your business a 100% profit within two (2) months from
    the time of his deposit. However, since November 11, 2015, my client never
    heard a thing from you regarding the money as well as the promised you gave
    for the interest/profit.
    Based on my clients record, you have an outstanding obligation with my
    client in the amount of Php 1,800,300.00 inclusive of the principal investment
    and interest. Despite repeated formal demands, you failed and continuously fail
    to pay the aforesaid amount.
    Accordingly, LAST and FINAL DEMAND is hereby made upon you to
    settle the amount of Php1,800,300.00 within FIFTEEN (15) days from receipt
    hereof. Otherwise, I will be constrained to file the necessary legal action against
    you to protect the interest of my client.
    We trust that you will give this matter your prompt and preferential
    attention to avoid the expense and inconvenience of litigation.
