    Income Tax rates slabs for last 10 years: See the income tax rates/slabs for the assessment

    years.
    Every year the rates of income tax have changed. So to file income tax return, you have to see the
    income tax slab for that particular year i.e. assessment year. For this year you have to see the
    income tax slab rates for assessment year (asst. Year) a.y. 2011-12 because year ends on 31 st march,
    2010. The last date to file income tax return for individual is 31 st july 2010. See the income tax slabs
    rates for the assessment year as given below:
