    Cautionary Offenses
    (Yellow Card)
    1. Is guilty of unsporting behavior
    2. Shows dissent by words or
    action
    3. Persistently infringes the laws
    of the Game
    4. Delays the restart of play
    5. Fails to respect the required
    distance when play is restarted
    with a corner kick or free kick.
    6. Enters or reenters the field of
    play without referee’s permission
    7. Deliberately leaves the field of
    play without referee’s permission.
    Send-Off (Red Card)
    A. Is guilty of serious foul play.
    B. Is guilty of violent conduct
    C. Spits at an opponent or any
    other person
    D. Uses offensive, insulting or
    abusing language.
    E. Denies an opponent a goal or
    an obvious scoring opportunity by
    deliberately handling the ball.
    F. Denies an obvious goal scoring
    opportunity to an opponent
    moving toward the player’s goal
    by an offense punishable by a free
    kick or penalty kick.
    G. Receives a second caution in
    the same match.
    Send-Off Offenses must be
    Head Coach: explained on the back of the
    form.
    Asst. Coach: All Send-Off’s receive:
    #A-D (2 game suspension)
    Manager: #E-G (1 game suspension)
