The candidate will have to develop and lead the Debt syndication team. Successful execution of the transaction in shortest turn around time and to the
maximum advantage of the client should be the team target.
The candidate will have to develop and maintain cordial relationship with clients at promoter/ senior management level and also with bankers at all levels.
The job would include a wide range of fund raising activities including regular debt, working capital, FCCBs, structured funding, and also include restructuring
