    Product improvement suggestions for Mahindra

    I think the user is the Best QA and no company can put a vehicle thorough all the things that we
    land into with our vehicles

     The wiper wash nozzle on the bonnet needs 4 points instead of 2 because when you
    use it at high speeds, the water does not cover the widshield and gets blown away on top
    due to the aero forces.

     It needs a dead pedal for comfortable highway driving.

     His finish is not that great... Rubber quality is hopeless in terms of Door sealing and even
    the wipers.

     Seat adjustment level position is not correct as compare to other cars and difficult to
    adjust

     The glovebox lid design is faulty and has remained so for the past 7 years.

     The steering wheel hieght adjustment lever is a wrong design cos its very tough to
    operate and breaks quite fast.
     The battery fluid leaked slowly onto the Engine starter relay causing it to malfunction. A
    plastic box to enclose the battery could prevent this and also avoid other damage from the
    acid.

     loose nut on the Power Steering pipeline that can leak all the fluid overnight as there is
    no locking mechanism on that critical nut.locking mechanism should be provided.

     Air filter change problem arises as nuts got jammed Some training and a stronger control
    on quality .Why not design it that way? or better, why use nuts that can't hold onto the
    plastic? This is a common problem (9/10) as reported by the service engineer.

     a new Scorpio lx, the one with refreshed look, its good in handling & overall, but had a
    major problem that its gear slipping in 5th gear & coming to neutral, it was very
    dangerous on the highway to experience that. Better quality of clutch with appropriately
    adjusted can help it out.

     on the front glass... innova are having a slope mirror which will create a nice affect on the
    care where as scorpio isnt having a slope kind of mirror and it looks kind of a
    jeep....becose in highway driving above 100 spd.....its a bit tough to drive coz of the air it
    gives a pressure to the car and in cuttings its really tough if u compare to innova car. just
    decrease the bannet of the car... and increase the mirror in return...if u wld do that then
    the car wld really be one among the best cars.

     ac is not quite good and the fiber in outside of the doors are cheap quality they been
    whitish in just 2, 3 year. breaking is not good for this type of heavy and powerful vehicle.
    front bumper mounted fog lights are little dull, yellow.

     spareparts prices are diffrent in one city. for example the bumper forlight set priced in
    showroom about 1700rs and the same thing is at mahindra genuine spares shop rs 800 .
    Prices of all the spare parts should be same all the cities.
