SWOT Analysis

A SWOT analysis is a tool used by organizations to evaluate their internal Strengths and Weaknesses, as well as external Opportunities and Threats. It helps firms develop strategies by examining factors they can control (strengths and weaknesses) and those they cannot (opportunities and threats). A SWOT analysis identifies a company's marketing advantages, financial resources, talent assets, as well as areas for improvement and risks in the external environment like competitive threats or shifts in regulations. The results are used to guide an organization's overall corporate, marketing, and product strategies.
