Pre-employment screening:
All pre-employment screening will be performed pursuant to and in compliance with
Federal and State laws. After the application is submitted, the hiring manager will make
a determination as to their interest in interviewing the applicant for a position. After the
interviewing process, a determination will be made whether to make an offer of
