Acne
Step 1: Make sure that you wash your hands before you get ready to wash your face. The reason
why you are doing this is because your hands have dirt and oil in them.
Step 2:Get a bar of plain soap. I think that any unscented, uncoloured soap works the BEST
Step 3: Take the bar of soap and get it wet. Gently rub the bar of soap on your face.( Do not use
a wash cloth ) When you use wash cloths they just create bacteria on you face which causes
pimples.
Step 4: It is all in the rinsing. Rinse your face for at least 30 - 50 seconds.
Just simply wash your face twice a day with mild unscented, uncoloured soap and water, try
getting a product with benzoyl peroxide, that might help. If acne is REALLY bad, talk to your
parents and a doctor.
You can help acne by eating healthy and getting plenty of sunlight.
