CHEF'S MUSHROOM FLATS – A stack of corn tortillas is layered with roasted chicken,
shiitakes, criminis and cheese, smothered with our New Mexico chile sauce and topped
with lettuce, tomato and cheese. Served with Mexican rice. -- $8.99
SEAFOOD CREOLE SHRIMP – Shrimp are sautéed in a garlic butter sauce and served with
"dirty" rice and toasted French bread. -- $10.99
TACO CRISPY BEEF – Shredded beef is crispy fried in a corn tortilla and served with a
