The document outlines the entry and exit criteria for integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing. The entry criteria for integration testing include having a code-complete project, satisfying memory requirements, and having a ready test environment, cases, and data. The exit criteria include fixing all priority bugs and addressing all low priority bugs. For system testing, the entry criteria include completed specifications and development, while the exit criteria require no outstanding critical defects and documented results. Finally, the user acceptance testing entry criteria require an entire functioning system and documented test cases, while the exit criteria mandate all critical processes working and approved results and reports.

Entry And Exit Criteria of Integration Testing
Entry Criteria for Integration testing phase are:
The project is code-complete. There are no missing features or media elements The product satisfies the memory requirements specified by the Functional Spec. Test environment, Test cases and test data are ready Sanity testing is done and build is stable for further testing
Exit Criteria for Integration phase are: All priority bug have been fixed and closed. All low priority bug has been addressed
Entry & Exit Criteria of System Testing
Entry Condition Specifications for the product have been completed and approved Development has been completed on the entire product and Test environment is ready Integration testing is completed and there is no high Priority & Severity defects Exit Condition No outstanding critical defects All test results have been documented All code has been migrated into the model environment
Entry & Exit Criteria of User Acceptance Testing
Entry Criteria Entire system functioning and all new components available All test cases are documented and reviewed prior to the commencement of UAT Exit Criteria All critical Business processes are working All test results recorded and approved UAT test summary report documented and approved Suspension Criteria Hardware / Software not available at the time indicated in the project schedule The build contains many serious defects which seriously prevent or limit testing progress Assigned test resources are not available when needed by the test team Resumption Criteria If testing is suspended, resumption will only occur when the problem(s) that caused the suspension have been resolved. When a critical defect is the cause of the suspension, the “FIX” must be verified by the testing team before testing is resumed
