Following the requirement from workshop department

1) Complaint fprm used by workshop department,where driver fills the form to report about
some problems in vehicles.
2) The system should automatically control the creation pf order if funds are not available.
3) How labour work be coverd in this modale.
4) Payment of premium fr insurance to be covered.
5) RTO fitness & Rfgistration of vehicles.
6) Rate contract & agreement for maintains of vehicles & machineries (Purchase of spares and
Labour work of vehicle and machines)hardware&misc,items etc.
7) Log book entries by the driver and certification of day to day work by concerned official /
400 to be included.
8) List of vehicles of NMC handed over to contracter (For eg:- Kanak Resaries Manegment
Ltd)& owned vehicles of the contractor employed for NMC`s work Rental Basis vehicles
employed for NMC work tobe included.
9) Maintance of Accounts of bills of contractors/works done by workshop department
according by the firms names.
10) The applivation should also be availble at our office for regular practiese so that wecan
check the application in detail and convey the draw backs/addition/deletion in it, before
switching over to it.
