    PACKAGING DESCRIPTION
    ROCK READY MIX PLASTER is premixed ready to use special type cement- based
    mortar for internal plaster as well as external plaster which ensures quality consistency. It
    ROCK READY
    is formulated a mixture of graded inert fillers, additives with binders. It is improves the
    work ability, water retention durability and adhesion strength.

    APPLICATION

    Surface preparation :

    Before applying ROCK READY MIX PLASTER it is important to always remove all
    USES
    existing plaster. Stucco, loose particles, residual paint, Oil, rust dust, and other impurities.
    Defective wall elements, such as damaged bricks, should be repaired or replaced. The wall
    surface should be throughly cleaned with suitable equipment such as high pressure air, water
    or wire brush. Water absorbent surface should be well moistened with water before
    application.

    MIXING
    Small jobs can be mixed a bag by manual or using a mechanical Mixer. Take precise quantity of water pour in to
    mechanicals mixture than slowly added the ROCK READY MIX PLASTER in to mixture at a ratio of 6-7 liter
    water in 40 kgs. Bag and Mix for 3 to 4 minutus throughly for require application. Do not add any chemical.

    METHOD OF PLACEMENT
    Ensure that the substrate is CLEAN, free of oil, grease paints & traces of foregin material that may effect adhesion. Wet the
    surface throughly and apply ROCK READY MIX PLASTER to achieve uniform thickness & level surface. Mixed
    ROCK READY MIX PLASTER should be used within 60 minutus after adding water.

    CURING

    Water curing is recommended after 12 hours and to be continued a minimum curing period of 7 days.

    PACKAGING
    ROCK READY MIX PLASTER is packaged in 40 kg HDPE bag with inner liner.

    YIELD
    One 40 kg bag will cover 14 to 16 sq. ft in 15 to 16 mm thickness the coverage depends up on the substrate.

    STORAGE

    ROCK READY MIX PLASTER will have shelf life of 6 months , in unopened packing when kept in a dry storage.

    Health & Safety :

    ROCK READY MIX PLASTER is non- toxic. However splashes on the skin should be washed well with water and in
    contact with eyes occurs, wash well with water and seek medical advice.
