1.Currently running file
2.Selecting a file from the secondary storage devices

2.When we are in need of the data for future usage
then it should be saved in the secondary memory
Ex: 1.Hard disk. 2.Floppy disk. 3.CD or DVD etc.,

To load the data from secondary memory to RAM
do the following steps
1.Click on file and select open menu item
