    This is the summary of the results I gained from handing out the following questionnaire to 10 random people. Are you; Male, aged between 13-19 and interested in Hip-Hop & R&B? To which, all respondents answered yes. What R&B/Hip-Hop Artists/Bands do you currently listen to? The most popular results were: Drake Jay-Z Tyga Rick Ross What attracts you to R&B/Hip-Hop Music? a) The lyrics b) The instrumental c) The artist(s)/band(s) d) Other (Please specify) The majority replied with; a) the lyrics How much would you be willing the pay for a music magazine? Most replied with 2-4 Do you currently buy/read music magazines? 50% of my respondents replied YES If NO, why? a) They dont interest me b) They dont seem to be aimed at me c) I cant relate to them d) I dont like reading e) Theyre too expensive Over 50% of my respondents said; c) I cant relate to them or b) They dont seem to be aimed at me.

    On the basis of my questionnaire I have found that my audience would like a magazine similar to VIBE, featuring many of the popular Hip-Hop/R&B artists. One, if not all, of the following Artists should feature in my music magazine: Drake Jay-Z Tyga Rick Ross The audience would like a magazine they can relate to, maybe a local upcoming talent on the cover. As well as featuring internationally known artists I will also feature new young upcoming local talent and stories which the audience can relate to and understand. The price of the magazine should be in between 2-4, so I will maybe price mine at 2.99
