    On January 27, 2012, a seminar was held at Numero Elementary School in Brgy. Numero, Mabitac, Laguna to teach the community about using cassava as the main ingredient in rolls. The organizers had to plan the event, find a location, and assign duties. During the seminar, the community participated and listened as the organizers prepared and packaged snacks. While the event was successful overall, the head coordinator did not fully participate or attend meetings. The professor in charge was supportive but could not attend due to another commitment.

    In January 27, 2012 were had seminar in Brgy. Numero, Mabitac, Laguna at Numero Elementary School.

    The Main purpose of this seminar was to help the people of the community of the Brgy. Numero, Mabitac, Laguna by using of Cassava as the main ingredients of the Rolls neither Cassava Rolls. The seminar was vey anticipating and challenging to us. First, we need to form a plan. Second, find the location site. Last, assign members their duties and responsibilities. When the seminar was started all of us had different duties to do, as long as the seminar was going the community of the Brgy. Numero were participating and listening to us. I dont have many things to say to our seminar because I and my other classmate were assigned in preparing and packaging of snack of the seminar. So that we arrived in the seminar was almost done. To our Head Coordinator, Mr. Kevin Realeza who handled our group to this seminar was didnt gave his very best and effort. Often, in our meeting he didnt attend and participate. A good leader is a good follower. So dont be a leader if you cant follow the others. To our Professor in Charge, Mr Fritz S. Callanta who gave this task and seminar to us was very supporting and understanding to us. But the sadness part of this seminar he didnt came to our seminar because he had a defense in URS Morong. Thanks God our Seminar was very peaceful and successful..!!!
