The Basics
ORGA-LINE consists of a range of components and division elements designed for tting inside the TANDEMBOX plus drawer system. Blum UK stock a comprehensive range of drawers and pull-outs for both lay-on and internal applications. By using the right drawers with the right combination of ORGA-LINE elements it is possible to create cabinets that conform to the DYNAMIC SPACE concept.

The UK TANDEMBOX plus programme:

Standard M height lay-on drawers These are most commonly used for storage of cutlery, odds and ends and cooking/preparation utensils: Stock availability: Finishes; Metallic grey and stainless steel Lengths; 270mm, 350mm, 400mm, 450mm, 500mm, 550mm & 650mm Carrying capacities; 30Kg, 50Kg & 65kg options available Steel back widths (to suit 18mm carcase end panels); 300mm, 400mm, 450mm, 500mm, 600mm, 800mm, 900mm & 1000mm Instead of steel backs it is also possible to use back xing brackets for 16mm thick MFC backs. Standard M height inner drawers These drawers have been designed so that the runner positions and base/back dimensions are the same as the lay-on drawer. This means that there is no need to set back runners or add spacers. Likewise most ORGALINE options remain the same for both lay-on and inner drawers. Construction of the sides, base and back is the same for inner drawers manufacturers simply replace the lay-on front xing brackets with an inner drawer front (which for most sizes is supplied pre-assembled) These drawers can be used in many applications including; Larder Unit (in conjunction with Blums special nil protrusion hinges) and behind high drawer fronts (either connected with a latch or free running)

D height lay-on pull-outs These high fronted pull-outs can be used to store; crockery, provisions, pots, pans, plastic containers, mixing bowls, baking trays, bottles, packets, small electrical appliances and much much more. BOXSIDE The essential component: BOXSIDE clips rmly onto the gallery (without the need for tools) and lls the space between the rail and the drawer side. This prevents stored goods from escaping and transforms the visual appeal of the drawer by giving the impression of a solid high side. Most importantly BOXSIDE is an essential component when using ORGA-LINE. The perforations on the inside face of BOXSIDE are used to connect the cross dividers. These cross dividers form the basis of nearly every ORGA-LINE variant for high fronted pull-outs. DYNAMIC SPACE will not work without BOXSIDE. What should the kitchen standard be? Our DYNAMIC SPACE initiative looks into this question. Our goal: More storage space and improved quality of motion for a new kitchen standard. If the planning in 5 zones rule is applied then you get to keep the fun and lose the hassle. Consumables zone
Provisions such as noodles/pasta, our, rice, semolina and cocoa are stored in the Consumables kitchen zone, which also encompasses the refrigerator and freezer.

The storage space in pull-outs as well as the corner cabinet area can be properly organised using adjustable cross and lateral dividers. Provisions are well organised, wont tip over and are easily accessible. A quick look in the larder unit is all you need to make your shopping/grocery list.

Storing plates and crockery in a full extension drawer? The ORGA-LINE plate holder makes this ergonomic solution possible even for corner cabinet areas. ORGA-LINE for cleaning utensils

Cleaning utensils should ideally be stored in the pull-out directly under the sink. The space to the right and left of the sink bowl is fully exploited. Dish soap, sponge and brush are always readily to hand. No more lengthy searching with wet hands.

ORGA-LINE for household cleaning utensils

An inner drawer in the lower sink cabinet provides additional organisation. Using an ORGA-LINE inner dividing system, you can properly store cleaning utensils such as sponges, kitchen towels or rubbish bags. ORGA-LINE for waste/recycling and cleaning materials

The sink base unit contains the most frequently used kitchen pull-out because this is where the rubbish/recycling containers are located. For this reason, easy accessibility and secure storage as well as cleanliness are very important. Cleaning materials are stored hygienically in the ORGA-LINE bottle holder and kept separate from the recycling/rubbish holders via a dividing wall. ORGA-LINE inner dividing systems provide organisation and secure storage for drawers with kitchen utensils, knives and small electrical appliances. Everything that you could need for preparing meals is securely stored here. The ORGA-LINE knife holder safely stores up to nine knives of different sizes. Even large knives with heavy handles are held rmly in place thanks to the handle support. ORGA-LINE for spices

When preparing meals and cooking, the right spices/herbs should always be close at hand. The ORGA-LINE spice holder securely stores both small and large containers all within easy reach. An optional base stabilizer provides additional support in wider pull-outs. The spice holder can be completely removed from the pull-out and set out on the work surface or carried to the table.
