A flexible individual 401(k) retirement savings plan that offers before-tax savings in a traditional 401(k) and after-tax savings in a Roth 401(k), with Company matching contributions after one year. After one year, a stock ownership account that automatically puts 2% of your eligible pay in the form of GSK stock into that account, which you may diversify at any time.
After one year, enrolment in the company-paid cash balance pension plan, which invests 5% of your eligible pay. Eligible employees are granted GSK shares, as an incentive for them to contribute to and have a personal stake in our success. A financial education program. Benefits Besides planning, financing and operating our cutting-edge benefits programmes under the Total Reward banner, we monitor their success and provide a consultancy, audit and approval process for programmes outside the UK and US. These include pensions, shares and company car initiatives, as well as healthcare and childcare schemes. Compensation This team is responsible for the planning, design and communication of global direct compensation programmes including long-term incentives, management bonuses and organisation-specific plans. We also oversee base pay, sales incentives and staff bonus programmes, and partner with the benefits team on the Total Reward programme. HR operations Providing generalist support to the Corporate and Business Staff functions, we're responsible for everything from HR policies, procedures, and employee relations, to diversity leadership, compliance and equal opportunities. Employee health management We aim to protect and enhance the health of all employees, thereby making a positive impact on productivity and reflecting the value we place on all our people. Our responsibilities include health strategy and governance, employee health support and organisational resilience, as well as occupational health and disability management. HR strategy, communications and systems Providing a variety of programmes and services to HR colleagues, line management and employees, our responsibilities include the strategic planning process, HR measurement, compliance and operational effectiveness. Leadership and organisation development Dedicated to developing both organisational and individual capabilities, our programmes and services include senior management conferences, Executive Exchange, talent reviews, employee opinion research, performance and development planning, plus a variety of learning resources. Recruitment As a shared-service team, or as a Business Recruitment group we support global and local recruitment activities including policy, systems, branding, and online candidate sourcing, as well as ensuring that the quality of talent hired is maintained.
