The suspect stated "I am going to beat the fuck out of you" and "I am getting Brooks and we are headed to you. We are going to drag you out your house and beat the shit out of you. We are going to beat you to within an inch of your life." Stranaham reported doing a story exposing acts of vice and falsehoods by the suspect. Stranaham stated he fears for his and his family's safety.
