O little town of Bethlehem, How still we see thee lie! Above thy deep and dreamless sleep The silent stars go by. Yet in thy dark streets shineth The everlasting Light; The hopes and fears of all the years Are met in thee tonight.
Verse 2 All
And by the light of that same star, Three Wise Men came from country far; To seek for a King was their intent, And to follow the star wherever it went:
Refrain- All
O morning stars, together Proclaim the holy birth! And praises sing to God the King, And peace to men on earth. For Christ is born of Mary And gathered all above, While mortals sleep the Angels keep Their watch of wondering love.
Verse 3 Choir
Then entered in those Wise Men three, Fell reverently upon their knee, And offered there in his presence, Their gold and myrrh and frankincense
Refrain- All
How silently, how silently, The wondrous gift is given; So God imparts to human hearts The blessings of His Heaven. No ear may hear His coming, But in this world of sin, Where meek souls will receive Him still, The dear Christ enters in.
Verse 4 All
Then let us all with one accord Sing praises to our heavenly Lord That hath made heaven and earth of nought, And with his blood mankind hath bought:
Refrain- All
5. O holy Child of Bethlehem, Descend to us, we pray! Cast out our sin and enter in, Be born in us to-day. We hear the Christmas angels, The great glad tidings tell; O come to us, abide with us, Our Lord Emmanuel!
We Wish you a Merry Christmas We wish you a Merry Christmas, we wish you a Merry Christmas, we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Good tidings we bring to you and your kin, we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Good tidings we bring to you and your kin, we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. For we all like figgy pudding, for we all like figgy pudding, for we all like figgy pudding so bring some out here. Good tidings we bring to you and your kin, we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. And we won't go till we've got some, and we won't go till we've got some, and we won't go till we've got some so bring some out here. Good tidings we bring to you and your kin, we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
The first Noel the angels did say Was to certain poor shepherds in fields as they lay; In fields where they lay, keeping their sheep, On a cold winter's night that was so deep:

They lookd up and saw a star, Shining in the east, beyond them far: And to the earth it gave great light, And so it continued both day and night:
