Assistant Operations/Logistics ChiefCoordinated housing, transportation, sustenance, and all logistical requirements of the Marine Corps most highly visible performance unit. In this capacity, was responsible for up to 128 Marines and a half-million dollars worth of government property while executing numerous ceremonies across over 50,00-miles of travel throughout the United States and 3 international missions. This position required the ability to clearly and effectively coordinate and execute logistical requirements with civilian and military personnel and assets from a variety of organizations outside of the Marine Corps. Further, was assigned duties as a member of the Battalion Force Protection Working Group; tasked with assessing the current response plans and formulating improvements to further protect all personnel assigned to my Base. Additionally, served as an Exercise Controller for two multi-jurisdictional mass casualty exercises with hundreds of participants and representation from 9 separate local and Federal Police Jurisdictions to include: Fire, EMS, Police, CIA, FBI, NCIS, and the United States Secret Service.

Subject Matter Expert & Distance Learning Instructor Assigned as a Subject Matter Expert/Distance Learning Instructor for the (DETC Accredited) Marine Corps Institute/Distance Learning and Technologies Department. In that role, I am part of a team of experts who research, design, and produce all of the nonresident learning products utilized by over 200,000 active duty and reserve Marines to expand their knowledge, improve their leadership, and enhance their performance. In addition, I assist the Marine Barracks Equal Opportunity Representative with the collection, analyzing, and reporting of the current Command Climate to enhance the health, comfort, and welfare of over 1500 Marines assigned to my Post.
