Managed a diverse portfolio of responsibilities for statewide organization charged with improving the legal culture
in Illinois. Working with a small staff, produced innovative and engaging written content online and in print and
led large initiatives to further Supreme Courts goals. Developed and nurtured collaborative relationships with
diverse stakeholders across the state. Accomplishments and responsibilities include:

Launched and developed editorial tone and content for first-ever Supreme Court-affiliated blog, PRO
SAY, devoted to discussion and exploration of attorney professionalism issues. Approached important but
often dry and esoteric subjects from a humorous and personal, yet substantive and relevant perspective.
After fewer than three months of posts, received national attention and praise from the National Law
Journals Legal Blog Watch which said in part:
"Legal humor" is not always easy -- often it ends very badly. Argentar, a former commercial litigator and
"Jeopardy!" champion, however, is quite good at it, and he uses humor to make his posts on professionalism
issues interesting and fun to read.

Wrote monthly column for Chicago Daily Law Bulletin.


Primarily responsible for promoting, implementing, managing and expanding statewide attorney
mentoring program, the Commissions largest single initiative. Outreach and relationship building to
obtain buy-in from law firms, bar associations, law schools and individual attorneys. Develop strategies
