Brief Background of their CSR. Saint Anne Hospital ( Cadiz Distric Hospital ), as we interviewed Mr. Roy Andrada ( Administrative Staff of SAH ), He tould as about the different service that the hospital has been doing for years. All the staff of Saint Anne Hospital provide means/ways in helping the people in Cadiz City. They conduct different services like Medical Mission in which they provide free consultation, free surgical operation and sometimes there giving free medicine. Every summer they have a program called Oplan sa Barangay in whice they have free Dental Extraction, Circumcition, also free check-up and medicine. Christmas season is the time of giving and sharing. So, as a tradition, the Hospital give some christmas gifts to their patient to make the patient feel happy even if they are in the Hospital. Brgy. Tiglawigan is one of the Beneficiary of the Feeding Program of the Hospital. As of now, the Hospital have an adopted Sitio and that is Sitio Umapog. Brgy. Luna, Cadiz City.

Purpose of the CSR. Accourding to Mr. Andrada, people live in Sitio can`t affored to go to ther hospital. Sometimes when they feel sick they go directly to the Faith healer and not to the doctor. The purpose of the CSR of St. Anne Hospital, is to provide good health service to the people who are far from the hospital.

Goal and Objective. The foal of the hospital is to help the poor people who can`t afford to go to hospital. There objective is to be a good healthcare provider for the people of Cadiz City.

Mission: Affirm its role in the delivery of effective quality accessible driven services. Commits itself in the pursuit of sustainable growth and development through innovative gfeneration of financial resourses. Create an environment that promotes excellence and professionalism among provider.

Person involves in CSR. A. Corporate People All the staff in the Hospital are involve in the CSR. But due to their duty and responsibility with their pastient they can`t join the program.

B. Respondent All the resident of Cadiz City are the beneficiary of the CSR of the hospital. VII. Accomplishment To have a better relationship with there community. To have a good impression to the people involve in CSR.

Recommendation And Action Plan Recommendation: Concert for a cuase, in order for them to have a budget for their upcoming program and many more people can benefits. We are recommending them to add to their program the adopting of the street children, because the children are expose from the different illnesses in the environtment. They will ask some help to the government for the food and education for the street children. Action Plan: All the staff are require to participate in the event. They will sell the ticket in an affortable price so that many people can watch. They will invite a artist to perform to the event so that people will enjoy the whole program. They will put up as donation box in the different establishment here in Cadiz City in order to build a shelter for the street children and so that they can supervise the health of the children. If the government approved this proposal the problem about the street children will be lessen and every child`s future will be brigthen.
