    The Incubent has been pramoted as School Asst .(Maths) notionally from 31.01.2009and posted at Govt.HS S.S.Gutta,
    Mahabubnagarby the DEO, Mahabubnagar Proc.Rc.No. C1/009/2009-3,dt:27.10.2009. Allowing monitaru benefit from the date of actually joined in the post.Accordingly
    his pay was fixed by the Gazetted Head Master , from 31.01.2009 in the scale of Rs:7200-16925 and later in the revised scale of Rs:14860-39540 vide Procs Rc No.
    417/2009,dt.20.11.2009. His Annual increments were regulated from 01.02.2010 and there on 01.02.2011 so on insted of 01.01.2010,01.01.2011 so on now the same
    has been rectified and revised orders have been issued by the headmaster ,vide Proc. Rc. No.749/2013 dt.12-02-2013.Hence his difference of incremental arrears are
    claimed. Kindly admit the bill
