    Ph.D/TRF Admission (201314) Candidates are called for entrance (screening) test followed by Interview of the screened candidates on the basis of entrance test, subject to conditions of eligibility laid out in the Delhi Technological University Ph.D. Ordinance.     Instructions for entrance (screening) examination: 1. The entry into the examination centre is not permitted before 30 minutes prior to commencement of the entrance (screening) test. 2. Candidate must ensure that he/she has occupied the correct allotted seat. 3. Candidates are allowed to leave the allotted seats only after the complete duration of the test and submitting the Answer sheet and the test paper to the invigilator. 4. While answering, mark only one answer for a particular question, more than one answer for a particular question will be treated as invalid. 5. Books, notebooks, electronic watches, cellular phones, pager, calculator or any other similar gadget shall be treated as invalid.

    Candidates may prepare a brief 2-3 slides handout/synopsis of 2-3 pages each about their research work/PG thesis and proposed research plan and present them in the interview. All the candidates are advised to interact with the prospective supervisors of the concerned department either in person or through e-mail, phone etc. Other information regarding the faculty members/supervisors may be obtained from the website. Please bring all the relevant documents/certificates in ORIGINAL, along with their attested photocopies for verification. 1. Original certificates/degree certificates of passing the examinations from class X onwards. 2. Mark Sheet(s) with a mention of the subjects passed in the UG and PG degree program. 3. SC/ST Certificate, if applicable. 4. Certificate for Physically Disability, if applicable. 5. Sponsorship Certificate if employed (For Candidates Sponsored for FullTime admission) 6. No Objection Certificate from employer (In case of Candidate is serving in Govt. dept.,
    Autonomous bodies, etc ).

    7. Experience Certificate & NOC from present employer (For Candidates Sponsored for PartTime admission). 8. NET (JRF) qualification certificate Candidates shall have to make their own arrangements of travel, boarding and lodging for attending the interview. No TA/DA shall be given for attending the interview. The selected candidates will be required to deposit the fees as per the details.
    Important: Please note down the Code No. given besides your name in the list of the applicant eligible to appear in the exam/interview. Please quote the said code for future correspondence. The applicants for P/T are required to submit the certificate mentioning: Their experience in regular capacity, No-Objection for the admission from present employer. His official duties permit him to devote sufficient time to research, facilities for research are available at the applicant's place of work/applicant can spare sufficient time to pursue research in the DTU on daily basis, Applicant will be permitted to reside at the DTU for a period of not less than 6 months during his/her registration for the degree/Applicant is working in National Capital Region (NCR) of Delhi or in organisations/institutions located within a distance of 50 km from DTU. Those who have submitted the application without mark sheet of qualifying examination/result awaited must bring the same with an attested photocopy.
