Brief Job Description / Responsibilities
Screen job applicants to obtain requisite information for the available job position. Analyze, plan, manage recruitment programs to ensure that right candidate is selected for the right job. Request references from present or past employers of applicants. Inform job applicants of their acceptance or rejection for employment. Organize job interviews, even on short notice, for shortlisted candidates even up to Senior Management level. Negotiating with selected candidates on issues relating to pay and conditions Preparation of Offer Letters, Appointment Letters and Employment Agreements for selected Candidates.
