    Digital Designer
    Reporting to: Head of Digital

    Were recruiting an exceptionally talented digital designer with proven agency experience designing all aspects of web/mobile design, user experience and interface for large-scale touchscreen, desktop, tablet and mobile platforms. Your key purpose: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite with extensive knowledge of current web technologies and trends, the successful candidate must have a portfolio showcasing: A thorough understanding of responsive, intuitive interfaces. A natural flair for clean, considered design. Proven ability and passion for typography. Complete understanding of the possibilities and limitations of various digital target devices. Key responsibilities are: Working directly with the Head of Digital, Back and Front-End Developers; the successful candidate will be responsible for: Information Architecture & Supporting Documentation. Client Pitching & Design Strategy. Mentoring a growing and ever changing digital team. Web, large-scale touchscreen & mobile/tablet Design Quality Control for all communication & templates produced.

    This role is for a Senior Designer who will be able to carry a project through to completion, in a very mixed ability and discipline creative/technical environment. Experience in areas of Art Direction and/or Animation (After Effects or Similar) would be desirable. Required Experience/Skills: Proven agency experience designing interactives and websites for large-scale touchscreen, desktop, tablet and mobile. An exceptional on-line portfolio showcasing innovative design concepts and highly considered visual executions. Expert in Adobe Creative Suite. Capable to articulate and present creative ideas/treatments to teams and clients. Able to work independently and in a team proactive by nature is an absolute must. Complete knowledge of front-end technologies and capabilities of browsers/different devices. Expert/proven understanding of typography. Layout and grid structures with experience in rapid templating/prototyping. Excellent attention to detail. 8+ years experience. Strong conceptual and strategic thinker, with the ability to interpret a creative brief that meets business goals and well as the design requirements. Online/PDF Portfolio outlining individual involvement.

    Benefits: Salary 40,000 - 46,000 per annum depending on experience 20 days holiday per annum. Childcare vouchers. Optical vouchers.
