Surface Preparation

The substrate must be dry, clean & sound, free from dust, oil, grease and laitance etc. All traces of release agents must be removed. On chalky and dusty surfaces, all loose materials must be removed by stiff bristle brushing.

The AntiFade Colours are also dust and dirt resistance, so your homes e x ter ior alw ays looks c lean and beautiful. The binder technology is proven to reduce the pick-up of dirt from the environment. Dirt is easily w a s h e d a w a y, s o w a l l s r e m a i n cleaner than most exterior paints by competitors. Jotashield Primer is a premium water-based acrylic primer that serves as a foundation for the Jotashield paint system to deliver high performance. It can be used on new and previously painted exterior concrete, masonry, plaster and brickwork. Jotashield Primer seals off the substrate to resists alkaline and moisture attack, while improving the adhesion between the substrate and the topcoat.
