    Description

    SikaCeram-100P is a single component, prepacked tiling adhesive mortar, combining cement with selected grades of sand and several admixtures. Only requires addition of water. For household application of tiles in horizontal and vertical surfaces. n Factory mixed consistent quality n Consistent quality ensured under Sikas ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accredited systems n Easy to use just add water n Tiles can be adjusted up to 20 minutes after application n Environmentally friendly n Compatible with Sikacim Tile Grout 6 -7 m per 25 kg bag (based on a 2 mm mortar thickness) NOTE: Actual coverage will vary depending on tile size

    Boding Strength Packaging Storage Instruction for Use Surface Preparation

    > 1.0 N/mm (after 28 days) 25 kg bags 9 months. Store out of direct sunlight, in dry conditions on pallets. Protect, if necessary from rainfall. Avoid excessive compaction. Concrete surface must be clean, sound, level and uncontaminated by oil or grease. Remove cement laitance, formwork traces and loosely adhering particles by sand blasting or high pressure water jetting. New concrete, block work, render or screed should be allowed to cure for at least 28 days and/ or until shrinkage movement has complete before xing tiles. Absorbent substrates must be pre-wetted to saturate surface dry (SSD) conditions. n Mix 25 kg bag of SikaCeram-100P with 6.25 liters of water. n Mix well with a hand trowel. For large volume, mixing with a low speed drill is recommended. n Mix thoroughly until become homogeneous. Mix again. n Apply with V notched trowel for small tiles. n Apply with square notched trowel for bigger tiles. n Ensure tiles are dry before xing. Do not soak tiles prior to xing. Proceed to apply. If the open time is exceeded, or if the adhesive dries prematurely, remove tiles, and reapply using fresh material. Tools should be washed with clean water immediately after use and before The tile grouts set. n Avoid contact with skin and eyes. n Wear protective gloves and eye protection during work. n If skin contact occurs, wash skin thoroughly. n If in eyes, hold eyes open, ood with water and seek medical attention without delay. n SikaCeram-100P Tile Adhesive is non-toxic and non-ammable.
