MANAGEMENT
Praveen Parameswar
Praveen Parameswar is a Development Interventionist and IT entrepreneur who founded Aptitude School and Thoughts Academy. Before
stepping into this venture he was associated with the 'PricewaterhouseCoopers Student Development Unit' at Cardiff University, UK, as a
peer group trainer and student advisor. He has successfully completed his advanced studies in Strategic Management from the prestigious
London School of Economics, prior to which he did his post-graduation in International Business Law from ICFAI and graduation in law
from the University of Kerala. Rank holder in MBA (HR) from Cardiff University and the winner of Sir Julian Hodge Prize for his remarkable
performance in Human Resource Management at Cardiff Business School. Praveen serves as the member to the board of governors for
many educational institutions and acts as Organizational Development consultant to several companies.
Rahul Nair
Rahul Nair is a Professional Trainer, Certified Psychometric Analyst and OD-Interventionist. As the GM Corporate Relations at
Thoughts Academy he has assisted many leading organizations and educational institutions move ahead on their learning curves. He has
administered more than 300 training programs both in India and abroad, and designed more than 50 Organizational Development
Ventures. A Certified Human Resource Management Professional and an Occupational Psychologist, Rahul also has certifications in
Behavioural Training Design (ASTD) and NLP. Specializing in the areas of Experiential Learning and Outbound Interventions, he also
proved his mettle in the academic philosophy of training and contributed concepts such as 7D Model of Organizational Development, The
Thermometer Effect and Downward Filtration Approach. He is an International Affiliate to American Psychological Association.
Rahul Easwar
Rahul Easwar is the General Manager (Knowledge Services) with Thoughts Academy. A post graduate in Philosophy and Psychology
from the University of Kerala, he completed his higher studies in Global Leadership from the LONDON SCHOOL OF ECONOMICS. He
has addressed students of more than 500 colleges across India including IIM (Calicut), IIM (Bangalore), NIT (Calicut), NIT (Trichy), SRM
(Chennai) and Delhi University. Mr. Easwar also serves as a mentor to several professionals from Accenture, Mahindra, E & Y, Bosch
and Siemens. He is a recognized face on national TV channels such as CNN IBN, NDTV and Times Now as a panel member on
contemporary socio-political discussions. He has also been a guest speaker at numerous TED events across the country.
