    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    ROOMING LIST AND CUT-OFF PERIOD The Hotel must receive a complete rooming list at least seven (7) days prior to groups scheduled arrival. NO SHOW OR CANCELLATION CHARGES For group booking, a one (1) night room charge will be imposed for cancellation made within seven (7) days after confirmation and for individuals, a one (1) night room charge will be imposed for cancellation within 24 hours. SURCHARGE Surcharge will be impose on room rates during eve of public holiday and school holiday at the management discretion. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT The official check-in time is at 1400 hours and check-out time is at 1200 hours. Late check out will be charged accordingly. PAYMENT PROCEDURE A full prepayment is required 48 hours prior to check in. The banking details are as Follows:-
