The Asia O&T Management Associate Program is a 2 year developmental program that aims to groom high potential junior talent to enable them to take on critical mid career positions within Operations & Technology. The program is uniquely designed to provide participants with a mix of challenging cross functional and cross country assignments, comprehensive training programs tailored on competencies that are critical for next generation leaders, personalized coaching and mentoring opportunities and exposure to senior management.
Eligibility Post graduate degree from a premier B school. Strong, long-term commitment to a career in Operations & Technology Ability to think out of the box and strong leadership skills Ability to act as an owner and deliver results

Program Framework
Rotation 2 In Country (12 months)
Rotation 1 Take on a full time well defined role within Country O&T to gain a good understanding of the business and deliver against set objectives. (12 months)
Cross country and Cross Functional Projects (Participants will work in virtual teams carefully selected to promote cross cultural learning on projects screened and vetted by LDC to maximize regional and cross functional exposure)

10% Training
BLAZE (1 Week onsite training in Singapore) Business Overview, Design ,Presentation skills, Emotional intelligence, Globe smart, Managing your career/Org Savvy, Innovation, Strengthening your business acumen, Site visits.
The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a 2-year program that aims to accelerate development and provide breadth of experience for employees to become future leaders in Asia Pacific Operations & Technology. LDP provides geographical, functional, and product rotations, intensive training, mentoring, networking and exposure to senior management, which participants are empowered to use to meet career objectives.
Eligibility & Selection Criteria Exceptional performance during the one year in-country rotation Strong, long-term commitment to a career in Asia Pacific Operations & Technology Must be mobile; willing to live and work outside current country of residence for the duration of the program
Program Framework
Final Placement In O&T (The final placement will be decided based on business need in conjunction with Participants interests)
Rotation 1 (6 months)
Rotation 2 (6 months)
Final Rotation- is split into two separate assignments. The first one would be for 8months in a business group different from the previous rotation. The second assignment would be in one of the front line business for a better understanding of banking and financial markets.
