Report on Summer Enhancement Reading Camp Across the Curriculum *Grade Four*
(April 7-11, 2014)
Introduction
Academic year 2013-2014 has ended. Its summer time for most students, but here in Tanza Elementary School its time for Reading Enhancement Summer Camp 2014. This program was especially designed and created for students who need intervention in reading skills. It aims to make reading an important tool in their learning. To do this, each activity was especially made enjoyably and with integration of English, Science, Filipino, Math and Araling Panlipunan. Teachers made sure that the execution of games, groupings, used of technology, charts, project making and other creative activity would be mean learning for the students. It is hoped that through this program, students will be able to learn not only a variety of reading skills but also important life lessons which help them cope up with the changing needs of todays educational system. Day 1
