12.2. BAGNA CAUDA FESTIVAL:

Its a Provincial and National Celebration in Humberto 1, Santa Fe Province.
Bagna Cauda is an Italian food which is typical in the Northern part of Italy.
With this celebration, Humberto 1 honours the Italian ancestors who founded the village more
than 120 years ago.
Its celebrated on the Sunday which is nearest to the 20

July.
They celebrate the Birthday of Humberto 1.
Every year people go to the club, where there is a big tent.
There are about two thousand people at the festival.
At 12:30 they have lunch. They eat Bagna Cauda.
Bagna Cauda is a hot sauce which has got cream, anchovies and garlic.
They eat carrots, bread, caulifower, lettuce, broccoli, etc. with Bagna Cauda.
They eat ice-cream and drink wine, soda water, coke, etc.
