RULES
Cabin Baggage allowed is 7 Kgs(including DUTY FREE ITEMS) per passenger(except Infants),dimensions not exceeding 20x14x9
inches.
Passengers are required to Check In 3 HOURS prior to scheduled departure. Check-In desks at all airports close 60 MINUTES
before scheduled departure. All passengers must possess a valid Passport and Visa for International Travel.For Domestic
Travel,passengers must carry a valid Photo ID.
Please carry this receipt when reporting for the flight.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
35% of the basic fare + transaction fee if the cancellation is made 10 days or more prior to the scheduled departure of the flight.
50% of the basic fare + transaction fee if the cancellation is made between 9 days and 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure of the
flight.
ONLY TAXES will be refunded if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure of the flight. Only Taxes
will also be refunded if the passenger is also a NO SHOW on the flight.
Though Change of Booking to another date/sector is permitted upto 12 hours prior to your booked flight at a nominal charge of Rs 450/-
or its equivalent in local currency. The passenger will have to pay the difference in fare if the applicable basic fare is greater than the
current basic fare. However, if the applicable basic fare is less than the current basic fare, the difference in amount will not be refunded to
the passenger. Also, in case the applicable taxes are higher, the difference in tax amount will also have to be paid by the passenger. If the
applicable taxes are lower, no refund will be given.
The refund will be made in the same mode of payment as used while booking.For 'Cash' payment, the refund can be processed by
cheque.
As provided in Air-India Express's Regulations,certain fares may have conditions,which limit or exclude the passengers right to change or
cancel reservations.
Fares and schedules are subject to change without notice.
In case of circumstances beyond its control, Air-India Express may without notice,cancel,reschedule or reroute a flight.In such cases when
the flight is cancelled or delayed by more than 3 hours, Air-India Express shall either:
Carry the passenger on another of its scheduled passenger service on the same sector,provided space is available,OR
Make a full refund of the ticket with no further liability to Air-India Express.(The passenger will be required to collect the refund from the
point of purchase.)
Air-India Express is strictly a 'point to point' Airline.It does not take any obligations or responsibility for tranfer/connections of passengers or
their baggage to other flights,whether operated by Air-India Express or another carrier.Air-India Express is not liable for any losses or
expenses arising out of any failure to board a planned connection.On cancellation or delay of its flight due to unforeseen circumstances Air-
India Express will not provide for accomodation nor will it provide or arrange for alternate mode of travel.
** Passengers are requested to obtain the VISA ON ARRIVAL message before arriving at the airport for Check In of their Flight unless they
are carrying the original Visa with them.**
NOTICES
If the passenger's journey involves an ultimate destination or stop in a country other than the country of departure the
Warsaw Convention may be applicable and the Convention governs and in most cases limits the liability of carriers for
death or personal injury and in respect of loss of or damage to baggage.
Carriage and other services provided by the carrier are subject to conditions of carriage, which are hereby incorporated by

Kindly carry the credit card used for booking or its copy self attested by the credit card holder to the airport.
Passenger Service Charge for departures ex-UAE (Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai and Sharjah) is being revised to Dhs 75 from
existing Dhs 30 per departing passenger. The revised charge will apply for all tickets issued on or after April 01, 2009, for
travel on or after May 01, 2009. The same will be collected at the airport if not paid at the time of booking
