a. Theupdatedattachmentfiles
b. Onelogfileforeachattachmentfilegeneratedwhenapplyingtheupgradeprocess
7 Unzipthedocumentreceivedandthankstotheupdatedattachmentsfiles:
a. Removeyourexisting.sgmlfiles
b. Replacethembytheupdatedfiles
8 Zipthe.sgmlfilesandtheircorrespondingfolders(inthisexample,zipAMM_AD,
AWM_ADandIPC_ADfolderswithAMM_AD.sgml,AWM_ad.sgmlandIPC_AD.sgmlfiles)
9 IntheAirN@vAdministrationmenu,selecttheAttachdocumentsfunction

10 BrowsetoyourcreatedzipfileandthenclickonOK

11 SelectthecorrespondingOctober2011revisionforyourattachmentsandclickonAdd

12 AlltheattachmentswereupdatedinTDUformatwillbereimported,alltheother
attachmentswillbeFloatingandshouldbereattachedmanuallythankstotheAttach
FloatingADmenu

Note:
Thisprocedureshouldbeappliedforallyourdatabasescontainingattachments.
AsNotesandBookmarksarenotbasedonkeys,amanualproceduremustbeperformed
toreattachthem.
Duetoaproductdefinitionchange,someattachmentscannotbeautomatically
performed(refertothelogfile).
