    This Tariff remains the property of Deben Transport Ltd and it is not permitted to reproduce, copy or distribute without prior written consent.
    Buisness conducted under RHA 1998 extended to 4000 per tonne.
    Job rate paid on all routes in excess of 820 miles. Fuel will be added.
    Any twinned consignments are paid at the normal rate for the higher value load and 50% of the rate for the lower value load.
    Rates are exclusive of fuel surcharge which is paid as a percentage of the job rate only. Fuel surcharge is adjusted monthly based on
    average price for the previous month. Base Rate 1.05. Current Rate
    Tariff is applicable to all deliveries or collections as assigned by Deben Transport. Repositions or empty moves are paid on a job rate basis
    only and not on the above template.
    Deben Transport Felixstowe - Dedicated subcontract Rates 2012.
    Deben Transport reserve the rate to adjust individual rates, provided that during that week there is no overall detriment to the subcontractor.
    Demurrage is payable after 4 hours at 17.50 per complete hour. Notification must be made to Deben Transport within 2 hours of the
    booking time and signed paperwork must be obtained to validate the claim and handed to our office within 48 hours. Failure to notify or
    provide a signed delivery note will invalidate any demurrage claim.
    A tip and reload benefit of 40 is paid in addition to all miles ran when a container is reloaded after making a delivery the same day.
