The production of pumps for oil exploitation and handling is principal for our company. Almost all our supplies 
are delivered to Russian Federation and Kazakhstan. The pumps for this branch are classified acc. to pumped 
liquid in pumps for oil exploitation & transport and in pumps for oil­well water injection. Nowadays there is the 
greatest demand for supplies of piston pumps LPV 5 ½“ x 10“. In future we are going to produce the size LPV 7 
¼“ x 16“.

One of the focus of SIGMA as established manufacturer of pumping technology is production of pumps for the 
branch   of   chemical   industry.   Primarily   we   deliver   specific   supplies   of   plunger   pumps   for   ammonia   and 
carbamate   pumping   in   fertilizer   plants.   The   production   of   these   pumps   requires   special   materials   and

On the present we produce the sizes HA80 to HA200 (flow rate in L/min) of hydraulic sets of model HA for 
mining industry at working pressure 320 bars. They serve as the source of pressurized emulsion for advancing 
supports in mines. The hydraulic sets can be supplied with emulsion storage tanks of capacity 1000,2000 ro 
3000   litres.   The   hydraulic   sets   comply   with   hard   requirements   of   standards,   regulations   and   directions   for 
operation in mine of explosion hazard ambient I M2.

SIGMA's Centrifugal Pumps' Models

Centrifugal pumps are intended in particular for handling of water as well as inflammable liquids, i.e. diesel, 
petrol, ethanol, diluents, oils and other chemically inactive liquids without solids content. Viscosity of liquid up 
to 37 mm2/sec, temperature up to 130°C. On customer request the pumps can be supplied in version for 
applications in an explosion­hazard environment, Zone 1 and 2.

SIGMA's Rotary Positive Displacement  Pumps' Models
Rotary positive displacement pumps are intended in particular for pumping of high viscous liquids of maximum 
viscosity up to 65.000 mm2/sec. Except of the rotary lobe RPT and RPP types pumps, the other ones – external 
gear and three­screw pumps are intended for self­lubricating liquids pumping. Maximum temperature ranges 
within   80°C  to   220°C,   maximum   pressure   from  8   bars  to   63   bars.   On   customer  request   the   pumps   can   be 
supplied in version for applications in an explosion­hazard environment­ATEX.

SIGMA's Pumping Stations

Pumping stations in waterworks are intended for supply agricultural and industrial premises with water of 
temperature 30°C and acidity pH 5,8. They automatically supply end users with water from water sources. The 
pumping stations for waterworks are produced with vertical or submersible centrifugal pumps, pressure vessel 
with ruber bag, accessories and as an option with control by frequency converter. The stations are designed 
and supplied in accordance with customer demands.

SIGMA's Plunger & Piston Pumps
The plunger and piston pumps of our production are, in particular, used in metalurgy for presses drive and for 
descaling units, in oil exploitation, chemical industry and in underground mines. The pumped liquid is chiefly 
water­oil emulsions, water, hydraulic oil, petroleum, ammonia, carbamate and other liquids, characteristics of 
which are to be consulted with the manufacturer. The pumps can be supplied as bare end shaft pumps or 
complete with drive. The pumps as well as pumping sets can be also supplied for environment with explosion 
hazard.
Lower minimum pressure of plunger and piston pumps than stated is possible!

SIGMA's Pumping Sets

The high pressure pumping sets are formed of a plunger pump nad drive on common base frame or 
undercarriage. The sets HA are intended for mines as pressure source for mine hydraulic advanced supports. 
The homogenizers HM are used for liquid homogenization in food­stuff industry. The hydrocleaners HC are 
mobile or stationary equipment for high pressure water­jet cleaning. The equipment for high pressure roof­tile 
moulds cleaning works with analogous principle.
