    ongoing Party fundraiser in which the holiday accommodation is provided by Labour Party
    members and auctioned to other members who donate to the Labour Party campaign fund.
    Please send the property no., your name, address and silent auction bid to gensec@labour.org.nz
    We will confirm the highest bidders on 22 December (for all holidays reaching their reserve price).

    1 Ahipara – Northland Beach and Bush MARKET VALUE:


    $700 per week
    New one bedroom apartment on sunny, north facing
    site overlooking Shipwreck Bay, Ahipara. Short walk
    downhill to the beach. Panoramic views all around. RESERVE ONLY:
    Room for 2 extra people on sofa bed in the lounge.

    Available for a week from mid-February


    onwards, excluding Easter. $400
    2 Mangawhai Heads – Waterfront Fishing MARKET VALUE:
    $2000 per week
    Hosted accommodation in architect designed house
    on the Mangawhai estuary. Kayaks available. Boat RESERVE ONLY:
    trip to outer islands could be arranged with owner by
    mutual consent and with cost contribution.

    Available for a week from February on. $850


    3 Ngarimu Bay – Coromandel Seclusion MARKET VALUE:
    $1000 per week
    Self contained apartment sleeps up to 5 (one queen

    capital. Bus-stop outside and regular buses 7 days
