These Rules may be cited as the Court of Petty Sessions (Solicitors' Costs) Rules. Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counselalso accessible at www.legislation.act.gov.au 2. Where the Court fixes the costs to be paid by one party to another court to specify in respect of any proceeding or action upon a complaint, it shall "iy,'^" specify the costs in the order and shall therein, order one party to pay such costs to the other. 3. The scale of solicitors' costs referred to in section two hundred Solicitors' and forty-six in the Ordinance shall be as specified in the Schedule to cosl s ' these Rules. 4.
